The Mod:

Rear seatbelt anti-flapping device.

What it does:

When the windows are down the seatbelts flap against the roll bar. This device keeps the seatbelts from flapping.

Here are the Velcro straps that I purchased at Lowes:

They are too long, so first you have to cut off the excess. I cut so there is a little more than one foot of material (excluding the plastic portion):

Sew the strap back on to the plastic loop:

Firmly attach the strap when there are no passengers in the seat. Remove when a passenger will use the seatbelt:
